As it is known of the UPDF to recruit every year new entrants for the army, this year was not any different as the exercise and criteria for joining were announced and exercise to be carried in different districts to ensure equal opportunity. In Apac district recruitment exercise, 30 year Geoffrey Atim collapsed during a
